yes, you can return them at the vans store.

if there is a vans store in your location then call them and see what they say about buying shoes online and returning them at the store,and if they say its ok then go for what you know and return them
You can only return them to the store you bought them from. So, if you bought them at Vans.com, you can return them in the Vans store. If you bought them somewhere like Pacsun’s website, you can only return them to Pacsun, Journeys.com can only be returned to Journeys stores, etc.
Another suggestion is to check the packing slip and look at the return label for return instructions. Often times, websites will allow you free return service so you don’t have to pay for shipping.
